Our story began in 1997 with an inspired idea to create a facility that offered health and fitness programs, specifically for women. Today, our vision has expanded to include families, youth, and adults with the same commitment to delivering the best care in a safe, nurturing environment where clients can meet, learn, grow and thrive while building healthy, lifelong friendships. Vital Steps is more than just a place. It’s a movement and an integral member of a family of companies dedicated to helping people live healthier, more vital lives, at home, work and play. Quite simply, we want our clients to feel better and be stronger in mind, body and spirit.

*Small Group Training programs typically have between 3-5 individuals. Open slots on the schedule are available for bookings for personal/partner training, private group training, and facility use.

WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE FOR TRAINING SESSIONS ON TIME, AS IT IS A DISTRACTION TO OTHERS.

  • All group sessions are available for private lessons for example, Tai Chi and boxing
  • Vital Steps reserves the right to change schedules, instructors or group sessions as needed without compensation or notice.
  • All group training session trial can be purchased as private one-on-one sessions.
  • One-week introductory group training trial can be purchased at $54 + HST
    Limited and unlimited group sessions can be purchased in 4-month, 6-month, or 1-year packages
  • Facilities are available at reasonable rates for meetings, recreation programs such as (personal or group training), fundraising events, and social activities
  • Private Group Training sessions are available for groups; Please call for more details
  • Users participate at their own risk. Users should have no expectation of privacy or anonymity.
  • One-off group training session training trial can be purchased at $25 + HST
  • Introductory trials are for one week only
