A Medical Exercise Specialist is an allied health professional who can assess your health and wellness with an understanding of dozens of conditions affecting your arms, legs, and spine, as well as your cardiovascular system and neurological system. Our Medical Exercise Specialists will create a safe and effective fitness and conditioning program tailored to a variety of chronic conditions, perfect for someone recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery, or who has other physical limitations. We call this tailored plan your exercise prescription.

Our Certified Personal Trainers and Medical Exercise Specialists will listen, guide and support you on your journey to becoming more fit and healthy, helping you gain confidence with a training program tailored to your health and fitness goals.

Exercise can benefit everyone far beyond a desire to lose weight. A regular exercise program of just three hours each week can significantly lower your risk of developing age-related chronic conditions, and in some cases reduce or reverse the effects of an existing condition.

Results vary for every person, but exercise can improve your immune system, your heart health, your bone density, your digestion, and in some cases it may lower your risk for conditions like heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, some cancers, Alzheimer’s and dementia. Exercise can also improve your mood, self-esteem and confidence, it can relieve stress and reduce symptoms of illness and pain, it can improve your memory, your concentration, and even help you sleep better.

If you want to look and feel great, we have a variety of training programs and classes, as well as a multitude of amenities at facilities all over the GTA to get you moving. Group training is a great option if you’re also interested in meeting new people and making friends. Personal training will help you meet your goals quickly. Or try Combination training for the best of both worlds.
We recommend you spend a minimum of three hours each week doing some moderate physical activity. The more time you spend, the faster you might see results. We believe that everybody has enough time for the things that are important to them. Whether you have a little bit of time or a lot of time to spend on your health and fitness, we’ll show you how to maximize your time and energy to get the results you want. Complete our three-minute questionnaire to see how much time is right for you.
