This intense year-round outdoor fitness camp is a fun and friendly challenge, full of cardiovascular and strength conditioning drills, as well as flexibility, power, balance, and coordination training. Grow your skills and confidence, lose weight, and meet friendly people while learning from our Certified Personal Trainers and Medical Fitness Specialists.

PulsePlus Fit Camps are available for men and women (note: these sessions are not co-ed) year-round:

Spring, summer, winter, and fall sessions are available; choose from Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday classes at 6:00 am or 8:30 am.
