Vital Steps® is a great choice for programs to get your teens into the habit of taking care of their health and wellness.

Sports Conditioning

Age-appropriate and safe programs allow your child, teen or young adult to develop athletic skills and confidence. We offer weekly group fitness classes for children 8 to 13 years old and 14 to 18 years old.

Personal Training

Teens and young adults can work one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer or Medical Exercise Specialist to learn effective, safe, and age-appropriate training techniques. Choose 55 or 90 minute sessions.

Small Group Training

Your son or daughter will get the best of all worlds with small group training, including the attention of a Certified Personal Trainer at an affordable price. Train with friends or family members, or any group of up to four people.

PulsePlus Plyometric Training

Train for explosive speed, power, and strength. This hard-core routine involves high-intensity movements that result in rapid building and strengthening of muscles and bones. While this type of training is intense, it is safe and beneficial for children and youth when properly supervised by one of our Certified Personal Trainers or Medical Exercise Specialists.
