Just like with personal training, our experienced group trainers create an environment that’s both challenging and supportive, and is tailored to each client’s needs. What makes it unique is a fun and friendly environment that lets clients motivate and encourage each other.

We offer group training programs for men, women, and youth, as well as people in physiotherapy, and cardiac or cancer rehabilitation. Some of our offerings include:

Vital Steps® clients can use any of our sister company satellite facilities throughout the Greater Toronto Area, equipped with amenities such as racquetball and squash courts, indoor and outdoor running tracks, swimming pool, and full gym with cardio and resistance training equipment.
